Roman Lokhov
CEO, Chairman, BCS Global Markets, Roman joined in BCS Financial Group in March 2012. Show full bio Mr. Lokhov graduated from Novosibirsk State University and holds degrees of Ph.D. in Economics Carl v. Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program. Prior to BCS, Roman was Head of Investment Banking for Otkritie FC. Prior to Otkritie, Roman was Managing Director of GL Moscow, where he had with responsibility for developing the firm’s eastern Europe business. Roman was a Member of the board RTS Stock Exchange 2009 -2011.

MD, Head of International Business Division, BCS Global Markets, Tim’s primary role is to develop the international Prime Brokerage platform and manage the international sales team. Show full bio Tim began his career at Tilney Investment Management and then spent over 5 years at the London Stock Exchange, where he managed the ETF and structured products platform and latterly was involved in the launch of Russian derivatives on Turquoise Derivatives (then EDX). Tim moved to the sell side joining Renaissance Capital to develop structured products, later equity sales. Prior to joining BCS, Tim was at Otkritie Securities Limited where he developed and built up the DMA/prime brokerage platform.

Alex joins BCS having held Non Executive Directorships at FCE Bank plc, where he chaired the Audit Committee; Alex was previously a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (previously Coopers& Lybrand and Deloitte Haskins & Sells) between 1976-2001 heading up their financial services business in Central and Eastern Europe.
Bradley Duke

Prior to joining BCS, Bradley Duke was a Managing Director at Knight Capital, where he was responsible for the build-out, launch and running of Knight's algorithmic trading business in Europe and Asia, as well as overseeing the inception and launch of Knight's European Dark Pool. Within Knight, he also managed Hotspot, the spot FX trading platform. Prior to that Bradley worked as a Senior Vice President and Head of Electronic Trading Services at Jefferies International, where he spearheaded the planning and successful implementation of state-of-the-art equities electronic trading platforms in Europe and Asia.

MD, Head of International Prime Brokerage, BCS Global Markets, Max’s primary role is to develop the international platform and manage the change process in London. Show full bio Until October 2012 Max was Managing Director of the European Prime Brokerage business of Bank of America Merrill Lynch and for the prior 10 years had a variety of roles in the Global Equity Finance division of Merrill Lynch including the position of COO. In his 25 year career at Merrill Lynch and previously Smith New Court, he had a number of management positions which allowed him to build clearing and financing businesses, run Operations and Derivatives product development. He started his career in Traded Options brokerage.

MD, Head of Equity & Derivatives Sales and Trading, BCS Global Markets. Luis is responsible for driving the firm’s international equity and derivatives strategy. Show full bio With over 15 years experience in global markets, Mr. Saenz got his start in the business as a relationship manager for the investment bank business at Deutsche Bank in New York. After that he worked at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Renaissance Capital in equity derivatives sales. Mr. Saenz was one of the first to join Otkritie London in 2009 and helped build its international presence. Later he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Otkritie's New York office where he set up the firm's North American presence. Mr. Saenz holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University in New York City, USA.

Matthieu joins from VTB Capital where he headed up the equity volatility trading until departing in March 2014. Matthieu was one of the founding members of the equity volatility trading team in 2008 at VTB Capital and helped to develop both the institutional client business and options market making activity on LSE Derivatives, Eurex and the Moscow Derivatives Exchange. Matthieu began his career with Credit Agricole where he worked in both New York and Paris as an Equity Derivatives Trader before moving to Lehman Brothers in London in a similar role.

Yossi Dayan
MD, Head of Market, BCS Global Markets, Joseph is primarily responsible for managing the front office and decision making in relation to clients and client-facing activities.

Until August 2012, Mr Dayan was Managing Director of UniCredit Bank’s Cash Equity Sales & Trading operations in the United States. Prior to that, Joseph was Managing Director in charge of International Sales & Trading for Otkritie. Mr Dayan’s previous experience has included roles with Pamplona Capital, a London based hedge fund and Merill Lynch’s Emerging Markets equity team also based in London. Joseph holds an MBA from The Wharton School and degrees in Law and Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
