Dr Roman Lokhov

Chairman, CEO, BCS Global Markets, Roman joined in BCS Financial Group in March 2012.
Show full bio Mr. Lokhov graduated from Novosibirsk State University and holds degrees of Ph.D. in Economics Carl v. Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program. Prior to BCS, Roman was Head of Investment Banking for Otkritie FC, Otkritie Capital and CEO of Otkritie Securities Limited. Prior to Otkritie, Roman was Managing Director of GL Moscow, where he had with responsibility for developing the firm’s eastern Europe business. Roman was a Member of the board RTS Stock Exchange 2009-2011.

George Yiallourides

Non-Executive Director BCS Cyprus, Show full bio George received his undergraduate degree with honors at the University of Essex, UK (Accounting and Financial Management) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of England and Wales (ICAEW) in London, UK. He has worked as auditor both in U.K. and in Cyprus for Companies such as Hereward Philips (now called Smith & Williamson), Coopers & Lybrand (now called PWC) and Horwath before setting up his own practice in 1999. He is the Managing Partner at a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Limassol, Cyprus. Mr. Yiallourides has been a non-executive director of the BCS (Cyprus) LTD and member of various committees of the Company such as the audit and risk committee. George is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.

Tonia Antoniou

Non-Executive Director BCS Cyprus, Show full bio Tonia concentrated in banking and finance law by representing international corporations and financial institutions. Often instructed by Magic Circle firms and acts for international banks in relation to finance transactions and security agreements and she is frequently involved in corporate and company law including reorganisations and M&A. She has achieved the Notable Practitioner Status in the 2015 Chambers and Partners Europe guide and she is also recommended in Legal500 She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2001. She heads the corporate department of the Limassol office. Tonia has obtained an LLB Degree from the University of Essex in the UK and a Masters degree in Commercial Law from the University of Bristol in the UK.
